We do our best to deliver your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Below you can find all information about our shipping options and conditions per country.

Netherlands

Orders with freeze only or combination freeze/dry parcels
We ship these orders through Leen Menken. Delivery will take place on your chosen day.

Conditions:

• Maximum order one week in advance.
• Orders placed on weekdays before 15:00 can be delivered the next day.
• Delivery is possible on Tuesday through Saturday.
• Timeframe 1: delivery between 09:00 - 17:00.
• Timeframe 2: delivery between 17:00 - 22:00 (not possible on Saturdays).
• Minimum order value: €60.
• Shipping costs:
  • €9.95 for a daytime delivery up to €150.
  • €12,95 for evening delivery up to €150,-.
• Free shipping from €150,-.
• Delivery to neighbors is not allowed unless otherwise specified.
• Two failed delivery attempts will result in a €19.95 shipping charge.

Orders with only dry products
These are sent via PostNL. Orders placed before 15:00 will be shipped the same day, with an expected delivery time of 1 to 2 business days.

Conditions:

• Minimum order value: €20,-.
• Shipping costs:
  • €6,95 for orders up to €100,-.
  • Free shipping from €100,-.
• Delivery to neighbors is automatically allowed.
• Two failed delivery attempts will result in a €9.95 shipping charge.

Belgium

Orders with only freezer or combination freezer/dry parcels
We ship these orders via Leen Menken. Delivery will take place on your chosen day.

Conditions:

• Delivery on Wednesday and Thursday.
• Minimum order value: €60.
• Shipping costs:
  • €22,95 up to €100,-.
  • €14,95 from €100,- to €200,-.
• Free shipping from €200,-.
• Delivery to neighbors is not allowed unless otherwise specified.
• Two failed delivery attempts will result in a €24.95 shipping charge.

Orders with dry products only
These are sent via PostNL. Orders placed before 15:00 will be shipped the same day, with an expected delivery time of 2 to 3 business days.

Conditions:

• Minimum order value: €20,-.
• Shipping costs:
  • €9,95 up to €150,-.
  • Free shipping from €150,-.
• Delivery to neighbors is automatically allowed.
• Two failed delivery attempts will result in a €9.95 shipping charge.

Germany, France, Italy, Spain & Portugal

Orders with only freezer or combination freezer/dry parcels
These cannot currently be delivered (yet) except by pallet. Please contact [email protected] for more information.

Orders with dry products only
These will be shipped via a courier to be determined. Orders placed before 15:00 will be shipped the same day, with the following expected delivery times:

• Germany: 3 to 5 business days.
• France: 3 to 5 business days.
• Italy: 5 to 8 business days.
• Spain: 5 to 8 business days.
• Portugal: 7 to 10 business days.

    • €9.95 up to €200.
    • Free shipping from €200,-.
  • Delivery to neighbors is automatically allowed.
  • Two failed delivery attempts will result in a €14.95 shipping charge.

• France
  • Minimum order value: €75.
  • Shipping costs:
    • €19.95 up to €200.
    • From €200,- shipping costs are €9,95.
  • Delivery to neighbors is automatically allowed.
  • With two failed delivery attempts, €14,95 shipping costs will be charged.

• Italy
  • Minimum order value: €75,-.
  • Shipping costs:
    • €19,95 up to €250,-.
    • From €250,- shipping costs are €9,95.
  • Delivery to neighbors is automatically allowed.
  • With two failed delivery attempts, €24,95 shipping costs will be charged.

• Spain
  • Minimum order value: €75,-.
  • Shipping costs:
    • €19,95 up to €250,-.
    • From €250,- shipping costs are €9,95.
  • Delivery to neighbors is automatically allowed.
  • With two failed delivery attempts, €24,95 shipping costs will be charged.

• Portugal
  • Minimum order value: €75,-.
  • Shipping costs:
    • €24.95 up to €300.
    • From €300,- shipping costs are €14,95.
  • Delivery to neighbors is automatically allowed.
  • With two failed delivery attempts, €29,95 shipping costs will be charged.

Returning

Due to the nature of our products, they cannot be returned.

Refrigerated and frozen boxes

The dry products in the refrigerated boxes are transported at a temperature of 5°C, the frozen products are delivered at a temperature of -18°C. Therefore, it is important to store the frozen boxes directly in your freezer to maintain the best quality. The refrigerated box with dried products can be unpacked later if necessary, but again, the sooner the better.
